nbaze Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "nbaze", "we", "our", and "platform" refer to the nbaze.lat website and all associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Each user is fully responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own country or region. nbaze does not provide any service that is legally prohibited in any jurisdiction.

1.3 Scope of Services

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on nbaze is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits must be sent only from your own payment account or bank account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on nbaze is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). All methods listed above are available for withdrawals. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the nbaze platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on nbaze can receive up to a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To receive the maximum bonus, depositing ৳26,000 adds ৳15,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied to the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit + bonus total). Example: to meet the wagering requirement for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 in bets must be placed.

• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games may contribute a different percentage toward wagering — see the relevant game details.
• The bonus must be claimed within a set period after the account is created.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion or offer has its own specific terms and conditions. nbaze reserves the right to modify, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once is prohibited.

6.1 Fair Play

nbaze is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The games on our platform are supplied by recognized technology providers and have been verified to ensure fairness.

6.2 Game Errors

Results or winnings displayed due to a technical error or software bug in any game will be considered void. In such cases, nbaze reserves the right to cancel the result and, if necessary, refund the amount wagered.

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports, the official result of the relevant match will be considered final. For incomplete or cancelled matches, nbaze will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaze platform:

• Fraudulent activity, software hacking, or operating games through bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Sharing bonuses between multiple accounts for mutual benefit ("bonus abuse").
• Using third-party software to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively toward other users or staff.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fake information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your nbaze account at any time. Before making the request, consider the terms of any pending bonuses. Eligible balances may be withdrawn prior to account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by nbaze

nbaze reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Refusal to complete identity verification or failure to pass verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
